• Kasoota Fashion will replace but doesn’t refund any product purchased from the online store that does not conform to your expectations, provided that you submit your exchange request within 24 hours from the product delivery date. The date is determined by the courier tracking system. For this purpose, terms and conditions explicated in Terms and Conditions apply. Customers should dispatch the Products for return from the same address where the Products were first delivered.
• Kasoota products goes through thorough inspection before shipping so it’s rare to find damaged product. Incase of such cases company will exchange/replace same product with same price. No alternate options will be provided.
